We provide a full-service offering, from retained search, through to discreet due diligence reports, bespoke retention & motivation exercises with internal teams, and advice on market trends, compensation and progression.


We are methodical in our approach to any search mandate, and ensure that we keep our clients briefed at every stage.

We invest significant front-end time to ensure we understand both our client (their business, clients, team and other environmental factors), as well as the type of candidate that would best fit the brief.
This way, we ensure that we are well equipped to represent our client in the marketplace (and the resulting questions that headhunted candidates invariably have when being headhunted for a role), and that we also use the clients' valuable time in the most efficient way.

Our thorough research methodology & preparation results in a streamlined and knowledgeable process, and candidate introductions that are the best in market for the particular mandate.
